Hackerspace is a place open for creativity, collaboration, research, development and education, of course. But it is more than just a physical space. It is a dynamic people community with inspired ideas stemmed by Open Source's philosophy.
Our idea is stemmed by free and Open Source ideas but the main motivation is our need to share our experiences with the rest of the world.
We want to share our ideas, as we share our code. We used to share daily our data and perceptions, our problems and solutions remotely. All of these are done by our home or our work. So, why do not do it face to face?
To be polite with everybody. To respect all people that you meet at the space, as well the space itself.
The main operation of hackerspace is to share projects, codes, ideas collaborating with others. The moto is, inspired by creative commons, "I love to share".
All decisions are the result of consensus among members. Decisions on management of space taken at the monthly meetings which are open to all.
You do not need a license to work on a project. If you want to organize an event or a workshop on an Open-Source and Open-Hardware project, do not expect to be organized by someone else. Take the initiative and do it.
